Sixth edition of the SICA live culinary challenge and exhibition 2023 will be from September 15 at the Chennai Trade Centre

The Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam will host the sixth iteration of the South India Chefs Association (SICA) live culinary competition and exhibition 2023 over three days beginning on September 15.

The SICA culinary competition is the biggest and country's first to have the endorsement of the World Association of Chef Societies (WACS). 

A three-course European-style cuisine (appetiser, entrée, and dessert) would be required of the contenders, who would have three hours to create the meals in a live setting. Any primary ingredient, including meat, fish, vegetables, paneer, and others, may be used by the chefs.
