 Infosys partners with Munich-based e-commerce company zooplus to enhance its service capability and scalability

Munich-based e-commerce startup zooplus and Bengaluru-based software giant Infosys have teamed to improve its service competence and scalability. The collaboration would create a cutting-edge Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, India.

Using generative AI technologies, Infosys Topaz is an AI-first solution that the European firm will use as part of the relationship to assist drive AI innovation and development, revolutionise e-commerce capabilities, and improve operational efficiency. 

Additionally, the partnership will strengthen its supply chain, marketing, and e-commerce capacities. In addition to establishing a new order management system, it will assist Zooplas by augmenting its proficiency in product management, technology, quality, design, and engineering.

The GCC will greatly improve zooplus' technology and value chain capabilities by utilising Infosys' data-driven excellence and innovative skills to play a key role in revolutionising the company's client experience.
