APCO exhibition at Satya Sai Nigamagamam, Hyderabad running till November 2 aims to showcase a wide variety of handloom products

At Satya Sai Nigamagamam, Srinagar Colony, the Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers’ Cooperative Society Limited (APCO) is now holding an exhibition to highlight the traditional handloom skills. A wide range of handloom items are intended to be displayed in this exhibition, which was opened by K. Sunitha, Principal Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh's Handloom and Textile Department.

About 40 handloom cooperative organisations are on display in the show, which runs until November 2. From Mangalagiri, Venkatagiri, Dharmavaram, Chirala, and Yemmiganuru, among other places, visitors may discover a variety of handloom variations. Saris, linens for the bed, fabric for dresses, and other products are on show.

Ms. Sunitha urged people to support weavers by purchasing handlooms. The show will be accessible every day from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
