14th annual State conference of Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists will be hosted in Manipal from October 27

The 14th annual State conference of the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL - Karnataka branch) will take place in Manipal for three days starting on October 27 at the Manipal Academy of Higher Education in collaboration with the Karavali Dermatology Society.

Speaking to reporters in Udupi on Wednesday, Sathish Pai, a dermatology professor at KMC in Manipal and the chairman of the conference's organising committee, stated that about 600 people have signed up for the conference, which will take place in the Dr. TMA Pai Halls at KMC in Manipal. According to him, experts from different universities would share their expertise during the meeting.

It's going to be a conference after 23 years. According to him, dermatology is the most in-demand subspecialty for postgraduate courses and has one of the quickest rates of growth. He said that the conference will feature talks by four foreign specialists from the United States and the United Kingdom.
