Zomato has announced that it will be expanding its train meal delivery service significantly. CEO Deepinder Goyal stated the company now delivers food directly to more than 100 railway stations throughout India when he announced the development on X (previously Twitter).
Goyal emphasized that Zomato has delivered more than a million orders with success, attributing the company's growth to its collaboration with the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC).
Open the Zomato app to place an order. Type "train" into the delivery search bar and choose "Meals at Train Seat."
After entering their 10-digit PNR number, travelers can select the station where they would like their meal delivered.
After logging in, customers can select a restaurant from the list of options, add their favorite things to the basket, and decide how to pay for their order.
