Global technology giant Zoho introduced two new products: Zoho IoT, an easy-to-use, scalable low-code platform that helps organisations create and implement unique IoT solutions, and Vikra, a seller app on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) network. The company's annual user conference, Zoholics India, is where the news of the releases was made.
Vikra aims to close the substantial divide between ONDC customers' technological proficiency and the difficulties they face when using marketplace platforms. Companies that use the app may immediately start selling through well-known buyer applications like Paytm, Ola, and Snapdeal, set up shopfronts, develop product catalogues, and simply become onboarded to the ONDC network.
According to the company, the software enables vendors to get real-time order alerts via SMS and WhatsApp for quick fulfilment. The vendors can also distribute locally and nationwide via partners like Delhivery or by themselves through the ONDC network. In addition, Vikra provides individualised assistance with onboarding, cataloguing, operations management, payment settlement reconciliation from the ONDC network, and customer dispute resolution.
Vikra is based on Zoho's finance and operations platform, which enables companies to create an online store, manage taxes, and handle inventory and financial management.
Zoho IoT, on the other hand, offers enterprises insights and expedited operational analysis by effortlessly gathering and managing IoT device data in real-time. The artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities of the platform convert data into meaningful insights, anticipate trends, uncover abnormalities or anomalies, optimise processes, and improve customer experiences.
