He made these remarks on Thursday after kicking off the second iteration of KISAN Agri Show 2024 at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in this state. "This event not only showcases innovations but also facilitates essential conversations for the sustainable growth of the agricultural sector in the State."This three-day event's main goal is to showcase the most recent developments in agriculture.
The organisers claim that KISAN Hyderabad 2024 offers exhibitors from many agriculture business sectors a strong platform. Farm machinery, tractors, implements, water and irrigation solutions, plasticulture, tools and machines powered by the Internet of Things (IoT), innovations and start-ups in agriculture, contract farming solutions, agriculture inputs, protected cultivation technologies, mobile apps for agriculture, and custom clearance services are just a few of the many goods and services on display at the exhibition.
Over 140 exhibitors, ranging from cutting-edge start-ups to prominent members of the sector, have gathered for the event to showcase the newest goods and solutions that are beneficial to farming in the area. The display takes around 12,000 square metres. Over 140 enterprises and 20,000 guests from Telangana and adjacent states are anticipated.
Concurrently, a conference is being organised by the Telangana Horticulture Officers Association to provide farmers with educational sessions. Attendees may discover the newest innovations, goods, and services in the agriculture industry through the event's extensive exposition, educational lectures, and interactive workshops. There were several representatives from both the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Horticulture in attendance.
