National exposition and trade fair Namma Saras Mela 2024 and Akka Cafe. will be held at Bengaluru's National College from February 29 to March 9

A massive national exposition and trade fair will be held at Bengaluru's National College Ground from February 29 to March 9 in an effort to empower women. 

At an event on Friday, Minister of Skill Development and Livelihood Sharan Prakash Patil and Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar presented the logo for "Namma Saras Mela 2024 and Akka Cafe."

More than 250 women's self-help organisations were anticipated to take part in the fair and display their goods. In addition, a range of culinary items and handicrafts made by self-help organisations in Karnataka would be on display, and well-known performers would also play at the mela. Women from Karnataka will have 150 stalls in the fair, while 100 stalls will be set up by women's self-help groups from other States.
