News EventThe Chennai Chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI), on Friday, March 1, began a three-day home loan mela at T. Nagar. The mela takes place ahead of the 16th edition of CREDAI FAIRPRO 2024, the yearly premier property and real estate show, which is set to take place from March 8–10 at the Chennai Trade Centre in Nandambakkam. This year's bankers taking part in the Home Loan Mela 2024 are SBI, Canara Bank, HDFC Bank, Indian Bank, and LIC HFL. The goal is to provide housing loans up to ₹1,000 crore in total. This is based on the conviction that, following seven years in the State, the real estate sector has seen a boom.
Participants included former presidents, Aslam Packeer Mohamed, the convenor of FAIRPRO 2024, and P. Kruthivas, secretary of CREDAI Chennai.
