Amber Wings introduced its latest agricultural drone, Vihaa, to revolutionize farming practices across India

The latest agricultural drone, called "Vihaa," from IIT Madras-incubated UAV business Amber Wings, promises to transform farming methods all over India. 

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) recently certified the drone with the goal of increasing farming productivity and efficiency. It promises to help farmers manage their crops more swiftly and effectively by automating the spraying of fertilizers, insecticides, and other treatments.

Compared to manual techniques, the Vihaa drone delivers agricultural treatments up to seven times faster, which is a substantial increase in crop management. Farmers will be able to save a significant amount of time and money as a result, increasing output.

Vihaa is a partner in contemporary farming, not merely a tool, as Amber Wings underlines. The business wants to enable farmers all throughout the country to access cutting-edge technology, which will help them maximize their farming operations.

Currently, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra are the three Indian states where Amber Wings provides its spraying services. In the upcoming months, the firm intends to extend its services to further areas. 

Amber Wings is creating additional drone solutions in addition to the Vihaa agricultural drone. The company's "Atva" line of drones is intended for aerial photography and package delivery, serving the e-commerce and logistics industries. To further increase its capabilities, they are also developing a drone prototype with a 50 kilogram payload.
