NewsThe massive US rental marketplace Airbnb and Fly Homes, the overseas student housing branch of Noida-based Leverage Edu, have announced a collaboration. Through the agreement, students who intend to study abroad will be made aware of Airbnb as a short-term lodging alternative during their transition phase before they find long-term lodgings in their host nation.
As more Indian students pursue education abroad, including in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and the EU, Airbnb thinks this relationship will provide crucial support to make the transition easier for them as they start their academic careers outside. With an emphasis on popular study locations, the alliance responds to the growing need for short-term housing, particularly for students waiting to finalize permanent housing arrangements.
According to Airbnb, its extensive selection of short-term rentals will give students a cozy, homey atmosphere when they move into long-term housing. Through the agreement, students will be notified about Airbnb's rental alternatives at different phases of the university application process through customized advertisements on Leverage Edu's platforms.
According to the announcement, these initiatives are meant to make it easier for the students to plan and guarantee that they will have a place to stay when they get to their host nation.
In the upcoming academic year, it is anticipated that the cooperation would reach roughly 15,000 students via Leverage Edu's app and global experience centers.
Fly Homes will give students greater flexibility and peace of mind during the crucial transitional period of their international education experience by using Airbnb's short-term rental alternatives.
