11-day Bengaluru Habba, a festival celebrating the art, culture, and life of Bengaluru, commenced on Thursday

Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar flagged off a traditional bullock cart parade on Thursday, from Chickpet, formally declaring the 11-day Bengaluru Habba underway. He said, "Bengaluru Habba is a festival that honours Bengaluru's art, culture, and way of life. The government is fully supporting this event." He claimed that Bengaluru Habba will start taking place in every ward and Assembly constituency next year, allowing people to engage in their area.

Bengaluru Habba is being organised by several individuals, groups, and associations, such as Unboxing Bengaluru, with the assistance of the government. Mr. Shivakumar stated, "It is crucial that people make this a huge success so that the Bengaluru culture is alive."
