Zypp Electric announced the launch of its Green’o’Meter initiative aiming to plant 1 million trees

Zypp Electric, an Indian EV firm, has declared the commencement of its Green'o'Meter project, with the goal of planting one million trees by 2030. The move is in line with the company's goal of being carbon-free in India and reaching zero emissions.

Zypp Electric's website has a ticker that highlights the company's efforts to reduce emissions as part of the Green'o'Meter project. This ticker displays the amount of trees planted in relation to the carbon savings. Zypp Electric will plant a tree in the name of the client who got the delivery for every 100,000th order that is delivered. In addition, as a token of appreciation and satisfaction, trees will be planted in the names of the staff.

Grow-Trees, a well-known social company, and Zypp Electric have joined to guarantee the success of the Green'o'Meter campaign.  They will work together to support the Trees for Tigers initiative, which aims to rehabilitate the mangroves of the Sundarbans. In addition to helping with carbon capture, this initiative improves tiger habitats and generates jobs for the surrounding populations. The beneficiary's name will be emblazoned on trees, and comprehensive details on the project's location will be given.

Zypp Electric was established in 2017 with the goal of using an ecosystem of electric cars and EV-based technologies for last-mile logistics that is sustainable and emission-free in order to make India carbon-free. The core of Zypp Electric's business strategy is providing carbon-free delivery services to delivery executives, large e-commerce companies, and small local businesses.
