In order to assure on-time deliveries, the ad highlights Zomato's delivery partners' switch to electric vehicles (EVs) by showing a number of humorous experiments with non-traditional modes of transportation.
The Zomato EV programme employs four primary tactics to expedite the shift towards electric cars (EVs).
Zomato has worked with over 70 EV rental firms and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to expand access to EVs for hire. Additionally, Zomato has built a digital referral mechanism to boost delivery partners' access to EVs.
To ease the transition, the platform is also incorporating logistical services based on electric vehicles.
Zomato is also working with financial service providers to help delivery partners buy electric bicycles. The firm is doing offline and online activations to inform delivery partners about the advantages of utilising EVs for deliveries and the various EV models in order to further promote this change.
