The business released a statement stating that Zakya is made to make things easier for retail establishments. It allows them to easily manage sales, inventory, and customer experiences from a single platform.
According to Zoho, small and medium-sized enterprises may find that Zakya's point-of-sale (POS) solution is revolutionary. It has features including support for ten Indian languages, offline invoicing, and a dedicated mobile app for in-store pickups and online buying. It is a complete tool for organisations due to its all-in-one admin panel and connectivity with other third-party services, such as shipment tracking and payment systems. In addition, the company stated that Zakya provides business analytics insights and guarantees GST compliance, assisting merchants in making well-informed decisions.
Zakya provides its services to 170 operating stores in different Indian cities according to Zoho. The firm provides a 15-day free trial, a basic plan beginning at Rs 649 per month, and an eternally free version with all the necessary features.
