Zepto, the unicorn of quick commerce, has introduced Zepto Pass, a new subscription service that is open to all of its users. By providing limitless free delivery and up to 20% savings on food products, the programme seeks to completely transform the way consumers buy for groceries. For most customers, Zepto Pass is offered at an initial price between Rs 19 and Rs 39. The firm wants to improve the shopping experience by offering more advantages and savings.

Zepto purposefully set the price of Zepto Pass at an alluringly low level to promote early adoption among its clientele. The business had earlier introduced the program's pilot phase, during which it saw a quick adoption and a sizable share of purchases coming from Zepto Pass users. In addition to bringing in new users, this aggressive pricing plan aims to increase average order value and monthly retention rates for current clients.

Zepto Pass members receive extra savings on orders above specific criteria, which range from Rs 299 to Rs 599 for the majority of consumers, in addition to limitless free deliveries. 

Zepto Cafe, the business's snack and beverage vertical, is also included in the membership, offering a wide range of consumer demands covering. Zepto is trying to become the preferred grocery shopping destination with its customised strategy based on user behaviour indicators.
