MG Motor India and HPCL have entered into a strategic partnership to enhance India's EV charging infrastructure

Microsoft Arabia and the Ministry of Media inked a pact covering several topics. Ziad Mansour, executive vice president of Microsoft, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Maghwar, assistant minister of media, were present at the signing event.

In order to support the future objectives of the Ministry of Media, the cooperation involved developing technical aspects in the fields of data analysis, self-learning, artificial intelligence, security and privacy solutions, and various software and service development solutions. These efforts aimed to improve the quality of local media content and keep up with global transformations.

With the help of this deal, the Saudi Arabian media industry will be able to support the country's economy and reap the rewards of artificial intelligence's numerous uses.

The CCS 2 charging standard, which is supported by cars like the MG ZS EV, can be utilized with the chargers. MG users will have two ways to locate these charging stations: by utilizing HPCL's integrated network discovery tool, or by using the MyMG App.

Through the use of HPCL's extensive network of more than 22,000 gas stations, the alliance seeks to guarantee that EV consumers nationwide have simple access to charging options.

By making more EV chargers available, MG Motor India and HPCL hope to inspire more people to buy electric cars.

In order to increase the network of EV charging stations, MG Motor India has partnered with other service providers, making it a major player in the EV market.

MG Motor's dedication to assisting EV users is demonstrated by the company's present over 12,000 EV charging stations nationwide.

The company claims that in order to promote the usage of electric vehicles, customers who use these charging stations will receive loyalty points and access to special incentives.

The program is a component of a larger attempt to increase consumer appeal and promote electric mobility. It is anticipated that HPCL's broad network and dedication to green fuel will have a major impact on India's adoption of electric vehicles.
