NewsWith effect from March 31, IndiGo will begin daily flights between Bengaluru and Agatti, Lakshadweep. According to the airline, this new route will create direct travel between these locations, making Lakshadweep easier to reach, offering travellers additional flight alternatives, and bolstering travel to and from the island.
Agatti Island, one of Lakshadweep's most well-known islands, is a 6 km long land area endowed with a variety of marine life. Lakshadweep is connected to India by Agatti Island, which is home to the sole runway in the archipelago. Agatti is well-known for its breathtaking beaches, which are regarded by many as some of the greatest in the world. The airline said that Agatti is well-liked by people who like to do deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, sailing, skiing, and even kayaking.
The island is also a great starting point for seeing the nearby, deserted islets of Bangaram, Pitti, Thinnakara, Parali-I, and Parali-II.
