BigBasket, has partnered with Sanjeev Kapoor to introduce a new brand in the frozen foods market - Precia

Sanjeev Kapoor, recipient of the Padma Shree Award, and BigBasket, a Tata Enterprise, have teamed to launch Precia, a new brand in the frozen food industry. According to the firm, the alliance intends to provide consumers with tasty, quick, and healthful food options by combining BigBasket's enormous distribution network with Kapoor's culinary experience. To maintain the food's true flavour, texture, and nutritional content, Precia uses cutting-edge Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology.

Precia's introduction coincides with the prediction that India's frozen food market would expand rapidly and reach $4.5 billion over the course of the next five years. Sustainability of the environment and ethical sourcing are top priorities for Precia. In order to purchase vegetables, the brand works directly with farmers, guaranteeing equitable payment through a same-day pay policy. 

Additionally, its manufacturing partners support gender equality, uphold safe production methods, and follow the law. According to the statement, the brand's packaging is made to be user-friendly, mess-free, and durable enough for repeated use, serving families of all sizes.
