Uber unveils new subscription plan Uber one in India, offering discounts and exclusive benefits

Uber has launched its latest subscription service, Uber One, in India, aiming to win over loyal customers in a highly competitive ride-hailing market. The plan offers discounts on rides, priority support, and exclusive benefits.

The Uber One subscription replaces the previously discontinued Rider Pass feature. While Rider Pass provided monthly ride discounts, Uber One adds more flexibility and benefits, making it an appealing option for frequent riders. The plan, already a success in markets like the US and Canada, is now available in India.

Subscribers can choose from three pricing options: Rs 149 per month, Rs 349 for three months, or Rs 1,499 annually. The membership also allows users to earn Uber Credits (up to Rs 150 per trip) to reduce ride expenses. However, only annual subscribers can cancel their membership, losing all benefits and credits upon cancellation.
