The Department of Posts will conduct a Divisional level dak adalat of Post Offices, Madurai Division

NewsOn June 26 at 11 a.m., the Department of Posts will hold a divisional-level dak adalat at the Senior-Superintendent of Post Offices, Madurai Division. Postal customers' complaints will be heard by the dak adalat, who will then address them. By June 19 at 6 p.m., clients can send their grievances to the Madurai Division Senior Superintendent of Post Offices. The complaint must include all pertinent information, including the date and time of posting, the sender's and recipient's addresses and phone numbers, the registration receipt number, the date, and the office where the money order was booked, as well as the value payable for registered, insured, and fast post items.
The account number, postal life insurance policy number, full address of the depositor or insured, name of the post office, information on the recovery, and any references from the postal department should be included in complaints regarding savings programmes and postal life insurance. According to a press release, complaints should be received by regular or registered mail with the words "DAK ADALAT" superscribed on the cover.
