On Tuesday, October 24, 2023, Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted the populace on the occasion of Vijayadashami. An important Hindu holiday called Vijayadasami, or Dussehra, is observed annually at the conclusion of Navaratri.It is celebrated on the tenth day of Ashvin, the seventh day in the Hindu Luni-Solar Calendar. Usually, the celebration takes place in September and October of the Gregorian calendar. Nearly the entire nation celebrates the festival of Vijayadasami, which is linked to a number of stories, the most well-known of which being the story of Lord Rama, one of India's most venerated deities, defeating Ravana.
