ISRO Young Scientist Programme 2023 has been announced; registration process to begin on March 20

NewsThe Indian Space Research Organisation, ISRO Young Scientist Programme 2023 has been announced and candidates must note that the registration process for the same is scheduled to begin on March 20.
The last date to register for ISRO YUVIKA 2023 is April 30, 2023.
The registration process will be done online and students will be required to register themselves on-- isro.gov.in/YUVIKA.
The ISRO YUVIKA 2023 programme is a special initiative for school children, also known as the "Young Scientist Programme" (YUVIKA). YUVIKA stands for "YUva VIgyani KAryakram”.
The programme will commence from May 15 and will continue till May 26, 2023.
ISRO has chalked out this programme to "Catch them young". The programme is also expected to encourage more students to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) based research /career.
Based on previous year's trends, this is usually how registration for the Young Scientist Programme is done:
• Visit the official website of ISRO YUVIKA--https://www.isro.gov.in/YUVIKA.html
• At the end of the homepage, you will see a link which states 'Click here for registration'
• You will be directed to an external website
• Then, candidates will be able to register for ISRO YUVIKA programme then and there only
• Students will then have to submit the online application form and download the submitted copy of the same.
The signed copies of all the required certificates will have to be uploaded before the last date.
The first selection list will be released on April 10, 2023 and the second list will be released on April 20, 2023.
