Emerging Technology Hub to be set up at Technocity in Thiruvananthapuram as per KSUM CEO Anoop Ambika

The Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) is launching a bold initiative to establish the State as a centre for deep-tech startup activity. On Wednesday, Anoop Ambika, the CEO of KSUM, said that preparations were on to establish an Emerging Technology Hub at Technocity in Thiruvananthapuram to support the development of deep tech start-ups.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan received the top performance award from Mr. Anoop at his office. Kerala has won the prize in the States' Start-up Ranking 2022 of the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) under the Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry. 

Among those in attendance were senior manager of KSUM Ashok Kurian Panjikaran and secretary of electronics and IT Rathan U. Kelkar.
