Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan launched the Statewide membership card of Kerala Startup Missions LEAP Coworks

Kerala Startup Mission's (KSUM) 'LEAP (Launch, Empower, Accelerate, Prosper) Coworks' Statewide Membership Card was unveiled on Tuesday by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, who also opened the KSUM's rebuilt headquarters at the Thejaswini Building in Technopark Phase 1. The new KSUM headquarters in Technopark has been renamed as LEAP Coworks Space as part of this ambitious plan. KSUM is converting its incubation centres into active co-working spaces.

The KSUM hopes to provide standardised co-working spaces for start-ups across the State through the project. The new area, according to KSUM CEO Anoop Ambika, intends to foster creativity, boost networking, and support the growth of start-ups and entrepreneurs. This statewide rebranding underscores KSUM's aim of providing comprehensive assistance and resources to Kerala's start-ups and entrepreneurs.

The LEAP Coworks location provides cutting-edge equipment, well-designed offices and conference rooms, as well as high-speed internet access and other necessities for a productive work environment. The KSUM hopes to create customizable membership options through LEAP to meet the diverse demands of start-ups, such as hot desks, dedicated workstations, and private office spaces. These plans will provide start-ups the ability to scale up their operations as they expand. Furthermore, LEAP serves as a single entry point for entrepreneurs to engage the start-up ecosystem, in addition to simplifying access to KSUM schemes such as different grants, seed loans, market access, mentors connect, and investor connect.

The LEAP Coworks membership card will provide "unparalleled access" to KSUM's premium facilities for start-ups, professionals, angel investors, and venture capitalists. In addition, the membership card will allow for discounted access to all LEAP facility amenities, as well as the ability to rent Flexi Workstations and KSUM's partner incubation centre around the state.
