BMTC has introduced new feeder routes connecting various metro stations to enhance last-mile connectivity

NewsThe Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has added additional feeder routes linking several metro stations to improve last-mile connectivity now that Namma Metro's Purple Line is fully operating in Bengaluru.
In north Bengaluru, BMTC has launched seven new metro feeder routes as of November 20. The MF-23E, MF-25, and MF 27 routes are the new ones.
Jalahalli metro station and M.S. Palya will be connected by route MF-23E, which passes through Chikkabanavara, Ganigarahalli, and Guni Agrahara.
Through Nagasandra, route MF-25 will link Eighth Mile to Thippenahalli.
The Jalahalli metro station and Makali will be connected by route MF 27 via Bagalagunte, Acharya College, Aluru.
The BMTC has launched a new route (number 8C) that takes NICE Road from Madavara to Electronics City. at addition to helping thousands of workers at Electronics City, a centre for biotechnology and information technology, BMTC anticipates that the services would relieve bus congestion in Bengaluru.In Bengaluru, the BMTC has added additional bus routes in addition to the ones mentioned above.
In non-AC services, the company has implemented new route numbers: 515 A, 507 G, and 290-EH.
Route 515 A connects Yeshwantpur TTMC with Ullala Satellite Town via Muddaihanapalya, Andrahalli, Peenya Second Stage, and Jalahalli Cross.
Route 507 G travels via Tin Factory, Kasturinagar, Babusabpalya, Hennur Cross, Kothanur, and Kannur from K.R. Puram to Bagaluru.
Route 290-EH connects the Shivajinagar bus station with Kogilu, Agrahara Layout, Thirumenahalli Cross, Nagawara, and Yelahanka 5th phase.
