Beginning Monday, the Tamil Nadu Oviya Nunkalai Kuzhu and the Department of Art and Culture, Government of Tamil Nadu, will co-host a two-day art training programme in Tiruchi. Drawing and sculpting aficionados over the age of 18 are welcome to attend the workshop, which will be hosted at G.S.R.K Gandhimathi Srinivasa Mahal in Srirangam, according to a statement published by the Regional Art and Cultural Centre.
Participants will be instructed by notable painters and sculptors in the state in traditional and modern painting, Thanjavur painting, and a range of creative materials, including mirror and wood carving.
