Traffic restrictions today in New Delhi; three carcade rehearsals for the G-20 Summit

In order to prepare for the G-20 Summit, the police will undertake complete dress rehearsals with carcades on Saturday around the city, particularly in the area around the New Delhi district. The Delhi Police announced on Friday that there will be substantial security measures in place, with an emphasis on places like airports, roads, hotels, and events as well as carcade control and anti-terrorist readiness.

 The Delhi Traffic Police announced on X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday that carcades will be moving from several locations towards the New Delhi region. Additionally, it stated that there will be three rehearsals on Saturday from 8.30 a.m. to 12 p.m., 4.30 p.m. to 6 p.m., and 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.

 Central agencies such as the Central Armed Police Forces and the National Security Guard will be part of the arrangements.
