PM Narendra Modi’s visit to Warangal on July 8; the police have declared ‘no-fly zone’ over Warangal and Hanamkonda cities on Saturday

The police announced a 'no-fly zone' above Warangal and Hanamkonda cities on Saturday as part of extensive security precautions for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Warangal on July 8.

Drones, remote-controlled micro-light aircraft, and paragliders were prohibited from flying within a 20-kilometer radius of Warangal and Hanamkonda. According to a press statement, any breach of this prohibitory order is punished. Prohibitory orders will be in effect in the tri-cities of Warangal, Hanamkonda, and Kazipet from 6 a.m. on July 7 until 6 p.m. on July 8.

Meanwhile, Additional Director General of Greyhounds and Octopus Vijay examined bandobust arrangements for the Prime Minister's Saturday visit to Warangal. At the ADG's review meeting, Warangal Police Commissioner A V Ranganath spoke about the bandobust arrangements. The conference was attended by a large number of senior police officers.
