Now available for iOS and Android, the feature ensures that partially typed messages don’t get lost in long chat threads. With Message Drafts, users can easily save, locate, and complete unfinished messages at their convenience.
Once a message is left incomplete, it automatically receives a “Draft” label and is moved to the top of the chat list. This new label highlights any message that needs attention, allowing users to quickly pick up where they left off. The feature is especially useful in preventing important messages from being overlooked due to interruptions.
The draft feature addresses a common issue for multitaskers, who often start typing a message only to get distracted. By providing an organized view of unfinished messages, WhatsApp makes it simpler for users to stay on top of their conversations.
