NewsThe latest lion, elephant, and fountain statues and sculptures installed along the route from the airport to Dhaula Kuan are unmistakably new symbols of Delhi.
The National Capital has been transformed into a city with sculptures and statues that are exquisitely carved, artistically attractive, and thoughtfully positioned, similar to those seen in the world's most renowned cities, such as Paris, Rome, and London.
The most recent addition to these is a five-horse family set up at the Akbar Road roundabout close to the Vice-President's residence. The installation work is now underway and is scheduled to be finished by May 30.
Four marble statues of elephants, a large marble statue of a lion, a statue of a family of five horses, and a black marble statue of a polo horse, among others, have been installed in the NDMC area outside of the IGI Airport-Dhaula Kuan stretch.
In a similar vein, 25 stone fountains, including wall fountains, are being built in key areas to significantly improve the city's aesthetics and present its citizens and tourists with a nice sight.
