VELS School of Law - Vaels Educational Trust

Vaels Educational Trust was established in 1992, by Dr. Ishari K Ganesh, M.Com, MBA, B.L, (M.L), Ph.D, a visionary and an eminent educationist. The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India (GOI) has honored the Vels Group of Institutions with University status. The university is supported by VAELS trust, with the primary objective of transforming an individual into versatile professional and accomplished human being by developing the necessary Knowledge Skills and Attitude (KSA) and also to imbibe the passion to work towards national service and development. University is driven by an experienced and qualified team of board members. VISTAS offers five academic programmes namely five year integrated B.A., LL.B (Hons.), B.Com. LL.B (Hons.), B.B.A., LL.B (Hons.), three-year LL.B and one-year LL.M courses in two branches namely i) Constitutional Law and Administrative Law and ii) Corporate and Commercial Law that facilitate aspiring students of law to choose a programme according to the eligibility criteria formulated by the Bar Council of India and UGC respectively. Besides, we also offer Ph.D programme in Law.
