Undoubtedly, the Ayodhya Deepotsav is the most spectacular event not just in the city but throughout the whole nation. Within a beautiful Ramkatha Park, artists dressed as Shree Ram, Sitaji, and Lakshmana descend via helicopter, symbolising the Pushpak viman. Countless diyas and colourful lightening surround the Saryu bank as it sees a magnificent aarti. 6,06,569 earthen lights were lighted at Ram ki Pairi during the previous year's event, setting a Guinness Book World Record.
