EventEvery year, the Tekri Sarkar Fair is held in the Madhya Pradesh district of Guna on the anniversary of the "Hanuman Janmotsav." In this series, a three-day fair is held at the 1200 year old Siddhastha shrine Shri Hanuman Tekri. The entire temple grounds are decorated with lovely flowers and lighting.

The three-day fair draws about a million followers. The Siddhasthala Hanuman Tekri Temple has a heritage that dates back about 1200 years. Later, numerous Siddha sages performed atonement on Tekri hill. Numerous tombs are thought to be located in caverns and cave systems on the mountain.
Tekri Sarkar was originally just a platform, not a temple, but over time, a madhiya was constructed there and it became known as Hanuman Tekri Mandir.
