As a multi-format retailer, Spencer's Retail Limited is a division of the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group. It offers its core customers a broad selection of high-quality items in areas including food, personal care, fashion, home essentials, electronics, and electrical. Among our hypermarket locations' primary differentiators are specialty areas like Spencer's Gourmet, Patisserie, Wine & Liquor, and the recently introduced Epicuisine section.

One of the first companies to enter the Indian retail market was Spencer's, which brought organised retailing to Indian consumers. In 2000, Spencer's opened the nation's first hypermarket in Hyderabad. Spencer's now operates 120 locations, including 37 Hyper shops in more than 35 Indian cities.
