RCC Institute of Information Technology

RCC Institute of Information Technology (RCCIIT) is an engineering institute located in Kolkata, West Bengal, supported by the government. The institution was founded in 1999. The institute receives funding from the West Bengal government and is associated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. Based on the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination, it is regarded as one of the top engineering schools. Under MeitY, GoI, the Regional Computer Centre, or RCC, Calcutta (now NIELIT, Kolkata) is a valuable resource for the State because of its long history, stellar academic record, reliable placement track record, government backing, prominent location, first-rate facilities and instructional resources, and innovative teaching methods.
