Gujarat Tourism celebrates Rann Utsav every year from the end of November until the beginning of February. White Desert Festival is another name for this festival.
Over the course of three months, local performers, artists, and folk musicians come together for Rann Utsav, which aims to reproduce the rich culture of the state. Natural beauty and other well-known tourist destinations in the breathtaking Kutch region are promoted by Rann Utsav. The desert with its white sands appears more captivating during winter full moon evenings. The world's most picturesque location is the White Sand Desert, which attracts visitors from several nations from November to the end of February.
