Phoenix Palladium

One of India's biggest retail centers, High Street Phoenix (previously Phoenix Mall), is located in Lower Parel, Mumbai. A residential tower, a cinema, a five-star hotel, and commercial space are all located within the enclosure.

The mall is made up of Grand Galleria and SkyZone. The first 20-lane bowling concourse in South Asia was established here in 1996. High Street Phoenix debuted Big Bazaar, India's first hypermarket idea, in 2001.
