Penn Masala will perform at Phoenix MarketCity on Saturday in Pune, promising to leave the audience with fond memories. The concert is a component of the group's first performance after COVID, named Homecoming Tour, and it was organised by TribeVibe, a BookMyShow business.
From May 19–29, 2023, they must perform in six cities, including Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Goa.
One of the students who was a fan of Penn Masala even before starting college is Raghu Raman, the group's president.
Adurty continues, "I grew up cultivating a Western background in music and was not closely associated with Indian music. Music was fundamental to my life before college."
The ensemble performs both original songs and covers, some of which will be showcased during the performance. The current Penn Masala members are performing in India for the first time. They are expanding their set lists to include more Hindi songs like "Mitwa" and "Ghanan."
The group's business manager, Gaurish Gaur, studied the social media comments and discovered that Pune had provided the majority of the group's support, despite India having the largest fan base.
