Nehru Park

Nehru Park was founded in the year 1969 and named after the first Prime Minister of India. It is a hub for the ones who like to unwind in open spaces blessed with nature. The park is a favourite among the people who live in embassies nestled close by and like to come here for jogging, walking, and to enjoy other sports. The park is spread over an area of 80 acres and is dotted with a number of seasonal flowers and trees namely Pines, Palm, Neem, Champa, Gulmohar, and Ashoka.  The park also hosts free yoga sessions by instructors which take place every day. The art, dance, music and cultural events are held at the park. and this facilitates in promotion of tourism.
