Founded in 1999, MCKVIE is an engineering institution associated with West Bengal University of Technology. The institute provides a master's degree in computer applications and bachelor's and master's degrees in various engineering fields. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE), Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, and Joint Entrance Examination are the methods used for admitting students. It has been approved by the National Board of Accreditation and chosen by the World Bank[1] for a TEQIP award. Also certified with an "A" rating by NAAC.
