Mantra Social Services, operating as Mantra4Change, is a non-profit initiative in India with the central goal of achieving systemic learning transformation within the country's public school system. Founded on the conviction that empowering leaders within the educational system offers a sustainable solution to the ed-inequity crisis in India, Mantra4Change has been active in the ecosystem for the past decade. During this time, the organization has reached over 2,884,000 education officials across five Indian states.

Mantra4Change has a significant aspiration to impact 150,000 schools by the year 2025 through the implementation of various micro-improvement strategies.
