In the Nalanda district, Kundalpur Mahotsav is held as a way to remember the fortunate event of Lord Mahavir's birth. The morning devotion of Lord Adinath, the Abhishek Shantidhara, and other religious rituals are done during this festival. In this two-day gathering, Jainists from all over the world attend. Guru Diksha is also delivered willingly at Kundalpur Mahotsav. There is no shortage of worshipping followers in this programme. Jain monks organise Bhajan Kirtan as well at Kundalpur Mahotsav. There are many Jains in attendance because this is a significant festival for them.
