The most prominent theatre in Delhi is Kamani Auditorium, a branch of Bharatiya Kala Kendra Trust. Some of the finest national and international theatrical, dance, and musical performances have taken place in the Auditorium's 632 seats. Beautifully constructed Public Areas, Main Hall, Green Rooms, and other architectural features make up the Auditorium edifice.
The Auditorium is situated at a prime location, at New Delhi's Mandi House neighbourhood, at 1, Copernicus Marg. The Delhi Metro, which has a station only five minutes' walk from the Hall, and bus services both have good connections to the Auditorium.
The Auditorium's stage, which measures 15 metres in width and 14 metres in depth, is among the best in the City of Delhi. For demanding theatrical performances, the Auditorium stage is excellent. The stage is outfitted with 21 flying bars, the highest of which has an upper height of nearly 14 metres, to facilitate fast changes of sceneries and sets as well as intricate lighting designs.
