The first-ever multidisciplinary street art festival to take place in Mumbai is called the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival. Today, the occasion has expanded into a nine-day arts festival that is anticipated by art enthusiasts nationwide. Taking place in February each year for nine days, from the first Saturday to the second Sunday, this multicultural event has developed into the largest free street celebration in the last 20 years. These days, a lot of people go to the Festival from all over the nation and even the world, in addition to the city.All proceeds from the Festival are used to support the Association's restoration projects in the district, which aim to promote the arts, crafts, and cultural heritage inside the precinct.
