Indianoil Petronas Private Limited is a joint venture company promoted by two FORTUNE 500® oil majors, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, India and Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), Malaysia. The company was established in August 1997.
IPPL provides international standards products in various mixes to meet the diverse needs of its customers. The company handles around 33% of the total LPG import of the country from its state-of-the-art LPG Import/Export Terminals at Haldia, West Bengal and Ennore, Tamil Nadu and caters to the industrial and domestic LPG demand of the eastern part of the country through its bottling plant at Haldia.
