Located close to Gandhak ki Baoli, Delhi's Dargah Qutub Sahib is a popular tourist destination as well as a significant Muslim pilgrimage site. Qutub Sahib, also called Qutubuddin Bakhtiyar Kaki, was a follower of Hazrat Moinuddin Chisti of Ajmer, and he has great reverence for this dargah. He was instrumental in the spread of Sufism in and around Delhi. Dargah Qutub Sahib is the oldest dargah in Delhi and is frequented by pilgrims from all over the country since it is revered as a holy location. According to the beliefs, travellers' desires come fulfilled if they genuinely believe in the saint and tie a thread next to Qutub Sahib's tomb.
Dargah's principal shrine is Qutub Sahib's burial. The burial of Qutub Sahib is said to be surrounded by the tombs of several notable kings, including Akbar II, Shah Alam II, and Bahadur Shah I.
