The Mahotsav will present the North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura's diversity of art, culture, crafts, and cuisine.
The event, which will take place on the Main Lawns of Rastrapati Nilayam, the President's winter residence, will include over 300 artists and artisans from various states. In addition to the eight state pavilions, there will be a geographical indicator (G.I.) product zone, an immersive digital selfie area, a food court featuring northeastern specialities, a technology-enabled youth engagement zone, and a live demonstration area where artisans showcase their handicraft making in real-time.
