An exhibition of works by Auroville-based ceramic artist Supriya Menon Meneghetti will be held in Puducherry till March 23

The ceramic artist Supriya Menon Meneghetti, who is based in Auroville, is showcasing her artwork at the Centre d'Art, Citadines in the global township. "From Darkness to Light" exhibition is intended as a homage to Deborah Smith, who co-founded Golden Bridge Pottery, one of the city's first establishments for ceramic art. 

For more than thirty years, Ms. Meneghetti has worked with clay. She studied at the Golden Bridge Pottery in Pondicherry and has since worked as a freelance artist, organiser of several shows both domestically and internationally. She presently oversees the Maroma ceramic workshop in Auroville and curates and participates in shows both domestically and internationally. 

The expo is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to lunch and from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. It runs until March 23.
