In order to provide customers in India with a unified interface for a variety of financial services, the digital platform hopes to serve as a 24/7 gateway. By making the administration of financial goods like loans, insurance, and investment solutions simpler, the project seeks to increase the accessibility of financial solutions for customers in both urban and rural areas.

According to the corporate release, the partnership would leverage IBM Consulting's expertise in cloud transformation and management to develop a safe, scalable, and robust digital infrastructure.
